Brilliant
Found this podcast after I watch Jo do a webinar through work and I am so happy I did. This is REAL LIFE advice. Jo touches in things that I never even considered myself such “rules around eating”, I didn’t even realise I had any! I have recommended this podcast to anyone I know that would like to learn more about their eating patterns and how to develop a happy relationship with their eating - which let’s face it, is everyone in modern privileged society! Thanks Jo, keep up the good work

This podcast is the best resource I’ve found as a therapist on binge eating disorder. Both for myself and some of the people I work with. I appreciate the short episodes as they are easy to digest and all the linked resources are fantastic. ⭐️

This was really filled with good information, great topics until she starts apologizing for her western white privilege in episode 62. I was even considering inquiring about her 8 week program but nope. Now I’m out. Great while it lasted. :(

I appreciate Jo’s kindness. So much of women’s health is about anger: at bodies, at food, but Jo is loving.
