Well-researched and informative podcast
** UPDATE: I am so glad Kristen is back with great content. I am thoroughly enjoying her podcast and to those reviewers who say she rambles, I kindly recommend for you to take the time to actually listen and focus on what she is saying. If you are planning to give birth (ever), you will most certainly benefit from Kristen’s wisdom and insight on this important subject. I take Kristen along for my solo walks or listen while doing housework without my kids nearby — you truly need to be able to focus to receive the maximum benefit of this incredible content. ** I have been enjoying this podcast very much, but sadly, it appears as though it is no longer active. Truly a bummer because this is my favorite of all of the educational pregnancy and birth podcasts. I really enjoyed the series on VBACs, as that is a topic near and dear to my heart. It was very informative and well-done. I also love and appreciate that Kristen places such a huge emphasis on the proper diet and nutrition during pregnancy. It matters!! I do hope she has not closed this chapter in her life and continues to release new content. She has a gift for presenting the information in an engaging and encouraging manner. All the best to Kristen and her lovely family.

I’m only a few podcasts in, and only a few weeks along in my first pregnancy. As a chiropractor I prefer to follow more natural approaches to health and hope to apply that to raising a child as well. You have provided some excellent resources and tools to help parents take better care of their...Read full review »

Your timing could not have been better. I think I'm the Dad who commented on your site, asking for father-centric content. I'm really happy to know that your teaching is rooted in the Word (Ep. 8). I try to be careful who I allow to direct me and knowing that not only is your information...Read full review »
