So necessary!
I was so excited to find this podcast. As an activist of 23 years it’s heartbreaking to feel you fight for change for so long and see very limited, small changes. This podcast is necessary and vital to continue telling the stories of those our society in general would like to not tell. The systematic racist agenda that is rooted in our policing system oozes from every pore when cases of murdered and missing Black, Brown, and other more marginalized women are looked into. Women in general are deemed to be less worthy, once one further breaks this down by the other societal labeling and identifying factors such as race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and more you see less and less concern... thank you for being a much needed voice! May these women get the justice many of them have been denied and which they deserve vehemently.

More reviews of Black Girl Gone
I found this from Sistas Who Kill and I listened to the entire thing in a day! It’s so relieving to finally see Black Women in true crime, and I don’t have to keep begging podcasts to represent me. It’s quick, to the point, and informational! I’d give it more stars if you’d let me.
