Glad I found her!
Technically I didn’t. This podcast was mentioned in the discussion group for another true crime podcast. I really like Amara. You like her voice. She speaks clearly and tells the story in the order that events unfolded on the actual case. I don’t like when some podcasters jump to the end or to whatever is known presently. I’m a linear thinker and really like when details of a case are told on chronological order. Besides finding another black girl who’s into true crime and highlights our stories, what made me want to listen was the fact that she covers Yolanda Holmes. So far I’m really liking this podcast. The only thing I don’t like is that they aren’t long enough. But to be fair, most of the podcasts I listen to are cohosted so there is discussion happening.

So the fact that she has accurate information and entire stories to...Read full review »
