“It's a shame this wasn't presented with a balanced view as the author doesn't hide the fact he believes Bain did it. Bain was acquitted in 2009 following a re-trail but none of this re-trail is covered within the pod cast which I feel is unfair if you're going to accuse someone considered innocent of murder. The authors explanation for his acquittal is that perhaps New Zealander's are 'anti police' or that the public simply think Bain is 'too nice'...
