Biased
I could tell right from the introduction which way this was heading. Full information on anything strange/odd David did or could have done, and obviosly glossed over any valid explanation, and even deliberately omitted evidence, that actually explains why he got 'not guilty'. This evidence was in the court case so there is no excuse to leave it out of this story. Full of the authors assumptions and biased opinion. I find this disturbingly disappointing because Van Beynen had a great platform here to put the full, unbiased information out into the world and has skewed peoples opinions with his version of the tragedy.Read full review »

The subject matter of this podcast is extremely tragic but it is dealt with sensitively.

Clear, concise, well constructed, and fills in almost all of the questions.

The journalist left no stone unturned. I grew up in New Zealand with this story and remember it vividly as I was the same age as Steven Bain, the youngest victim. I thought I knew the case inside and out but was learning new pieces of information every episode.
