This podcast has been so helpful in keeping me engaged with cultueally relevant topics and solutions that impact POC, Black people specifically. I love that Nikita doesn't code switch and provides a nuanced understanding of how Black American coping skills of past generations need to evolve just slightly to meet our current stressors.
