Clearly I like my own podcast :)
I want to thank all my listeners for taking this journey with me down this uncomfortable and beautifully complicated role to healing! I made this podcast to give voice to the voiceless, encouragement to those who feel alone and need a little help moving forward in life; social work students and would be mental health professionals of color to let you know you are needed by your community and you can do this and not starve. It’s my goal this podcast normalizes therapy for people of color and allows us to start to do the work of healing!! Be Well! Leave a comment! Subscribe! I appreciate you!
