“Having already been a listener and fan of the Krynoid Podcast, I enthusiastically downloaded the first episode of its new sister-show. It's a similar format to the Doctor Who-inspired version; a lengthy recap of what went on in any given episode, then some 'post-match' analysis afterwards. Like with the Krynoid Podcast, I don't feel a full description of the plot seems entirely necessary, but Blake's 7 consisted of single-episode stories that were only usually around 45 minutes long, rather than the four or six episode stories you normally got with Who, so the recap bit is a lot shorter. As always, the hosts are genial and dryly amusing, and it's a warm and pleasant listen. I only hope this new expansion of the Krynoid empire won’t distract them from finishing off their journey within the Whoniverse.”Read full review »
