But for all their money and power, they have to lie, manipulate, and distort to conceal and distract from the reprehensible harm done to the majority of the public by the wealthy elite’s real agenda and actions. They are forced to wage a constant battle against truth and reality itself, and the public’s clear perception of what’s really going on. Maintaining such deception is increasingly hard in the modern world, and this is the great weakness of the right that Jack Clark expertly shows how to take advantage of, with concisely stated and meticulously sourced arguments and information that shred the right’s perverse and distorted world view and self-deluding rationales for acting abominably in contradiction to the most basic notions of human decency.
