“Just listened to my first episode and I cried! I wish I had this around when I gave birth. Kate, this is the most honest and raw description of birth and the first few weeks. It makes me so sad to see this ‘influencers’ talking about how easy it all is and how they’ve nailed their bedtime routine all while fitting back into their skinny jeans by day two. It may be the case for the rare few but not the majority and that is when we are at our most vulnerable. It took a lot to open up so much and be so honest, I’m absolutely sure this has helped so many new mum. I really think every new mother needs to listen to your latest episode before they leave the hospital!
