“I found this podcast enlightening and intriguing until the host made generalizations that law enforcement officers are quick to use brutal force against black men but not white men. I’m surprised by now we have not learned as a society that stereotypes are invalid and do not apply to all people within a group. Yes, the media has highlighted instances where we see brutal force against black men. These officers are the exception and not the rule & the host clearly has not spoken with enough law enforcement officers to learn that. So disappointing. Unfollowed & unfortunately now I don’t want to listen to any more podcasts from Lemonada either.”
