I believe Devin!!!!
Great reporting, in depth investigation backed by evidence and empathy. The officer who was the investigator on her case did a horrible job. His “intuition” is broken. Police officers everywhere should be educated on DV and what a DV victim looks like. It’s clear Alexis likes to be in the spotlight. She swooped in and tried to make him the hero. Once her “fame” was up she dipped out. How disgusting. I hope Devin is compensated for this podcast and her story gets out to someone who can help her. I hope when she’s released she helps victims of DV. She would be an amazing advocate. I loved the stories of her Grandpa and hearing her dad speak. Sending all my love and light to her. Thank you for telling her side of the story.

Putting the race (or in this instance color) of the individuals is nothing more than salacious race baiting. No need for segregation in our world anymore. Explain to my why race needs to be mentioned in the show caption or front page advertising. It’s gross.

So far a great show. It’s incredibly hard to find true crime that isn’t bootlicking and blaming the victim. To the person who said this show is “left-leaning”… I’m sorry what are you even talking about. The person who’s taking the side of the abuser… shame on you. Listen to this podcast.
