Disappointing
I had been enjoying this podcast before this last episode and I don’t think I could ever bring myself to listen to it again after this. Despite everything that’s going on in this country and clear evidence that at the very least Christian Cooper could have been arrested and humiliated by the cops and at worst he could have been murdered, the hosts made every effort to trivialize the incident. Christian clearly states in the recording that he would give the dog treats, so there was no room to misunderstand. Katie went so far as to say people are making too much of it, and we shouldn’t need to see it on the news. Obviously this show is not meant for me and people like me. Very disappointing to listen to people I have previously enjoyed display their obvious ignorance.
