I heard about BBP, and thought reading Brett's story might help to expose me to a part of American culture I've had limited exposure to - that of conservative Christianity. I am straight, but have always embraced homosexuality as a way of life that is valid, natural, and nothing to fear or loathe. But Christianity, especially evangelical Christianity, is a way of life I had less of an open mind for.
