Best on the beat: neither derivative nor reactionary
Bryan Driskell is the best there is on the ND beat. Doesn’t lend credence to stupid narratives just so he can debunk them. Actually knows Xs and Os (shouldn’t reporters on the beat for 10+ years get the urge to attend a coaching clinic? so they can speak with more authority than a couch potato who has access to the program’s rolodex???). Point is... listening to this show isn’t derivative or reactionary.

More reviews of Blue & Gold Illustrated
Lou Somogyi the dean of ND football writers can’t get a word in. Impossible to listen to the other guy blab on.

Good podcast, but one of you guys whispers and the other screams. It's really annoying to adjust the volume for a full hour.Read full review »

Singer has turned into a pretty good host. Goolsby too big for his britches. Like Lou a lot and he’s perfect as a 3rd man. Goolsby just not a fit
