I heard that prior to working on the Blurry Photos podcast, the Daves had very different life paths. Co-host David Flora lived off-the-grid and off-the-map in the wilderness, practicing artisanal carpentry. He's an ex-planer of the unexplored. Once when Dave Stecco was a toddler, he woke to a commotion in the house. His parents were in the kitchen with friends, playing the popular game Rock 'em Sock 'em Robots. As Dave teetered into the kitchen to see what the fuss was about, his mom pointed saying "Look! It's a third robot." His parents and their friends laughed and laughed. They were drunk. Poor Dave Stecco never understood the joke and grew up believing he was 34% robot. I like the show.Read full review »

This show is great if you like your weird and unexplained coated in a fine layer of jokes and banter. The show is as much comedy as it is informational. Crypto facts, questionable accents, face palming puns, and long running inside jokes. (Thunder Sound) What's not to love?
