Folklore, horror and all things occult. Brilliant
It was with trepidation that I subscribed to Bone and Sickle. A transplanted Brit, lover of British and Euopean folklore, horror and all things occult, I thought that my expectations were unrealistic and could never be met by a mere podcast, I was wrong. So much time and care has been poured into Bone and Sickle. The dialogue between Al Ridenour and his butler Wilkinson (Rick Galiher) is delightful, the film clips, music, ghoulish sound effects all work together in perfect harmony, but it's the amount of research that shows Al's true passion for his subject. in a word it's brilliant.Read full review »

A delightful, if somewhat eurocentric, view into the richness of folklore and horror. Excellent and esoteric knowledge.

I like connecting these topics to what I study in my off time.

Give it a listen If it weren’t for a reoccurring billing issue on patreon I’d still be kicking a couple of bucks each month to this podcast.
