“My fifth grade daughter and I wanted to find a podcast that we could both enjoy, and thankfully we just discovered Book Club For Kids. We spend a great deal of time in Silicon Valley traffic and wanted to find something to pass the time. Book Club for Kids is wonderful! Kitty Felde is an excellent moderator of conversation among children about middle grade books. I was pleasantly surprised that she includes interviews with the authors, and also fun, adult guests talking about their own favorite books. Frankly, I find many podcasts that are made for kids a little annoying due to the zany voices and sound effects. But not this one! This intelligent show fully captures my daughter's attention, and also keeps me completely engaged. After our first listen, my daughter re-read a book ("Wonder") that had been discussed on the show. “It would be awesome if you could put in books like the Hunger Games, Divergent, etc. At least for me, those are the books I read. I’m 10. I do like your shows. The script is very good and it nice that other kids talk about the book.”
