Fight your friend's books
By far my favorite episodes are the those that force the hosts to go outside their comfort-zone a little. Usually at the behest of a guest. The recent episode on Who Censored Roger Rabit? is a great example.

If you're into books--reading them, (making an attempt at) writing them, discussing them--this is a good podcast to add. But more importantly, there's plenty of off topic nonsense to enjoy and keep things interesting. I recommend listening to while vacuuming or doing the dishes.Read full review »

Although nominally about books and advice to writers, the podcast goes well beyond that and is essentially listening in to a conversation between two smart, interesting guys.
