Guided meditations for sleep
I love the science books, astronomy for young folk, geology, book of birds, etc. Each night I use one episode, first time with 15 minutes sleep timer. Subsequent wake ups for 30 minutes, after backing up the episode to about how long I was actually awake. I have chronic pain, and these readings give me something else to focus on, like guided meditations, until I drift off. I'm now a patreon. My girlfriend chuckles when I imitate I Boring Books for Bedtime reading voice. I would have supported sooner, but after lots of PT and earning a bachelors degree, I just got a job for the first time since 2015!!! The only episode I absolutely could not listen to was the Halloween episode about the witch trials. That's really scary, incredibly sad how so many REAL people were tortured and killed.Read full review »

This always knocks me out and I love the books. My all time favorite episodes are the sears catalogs. And The Guide To Household Management! And Wing In The Willows!
