Oh my. Having come from the same hometown as Dr. Bradley and seeing her evolution, listening to this podcast has been a dope treat on so many levels. The episode with he spotlight on the badassery of black women in hip hop currently and the legacy of blues from which they pull that energy, was empowering and eye-opening. The banter between the two, a music journalist and a professor, was a very nice use of two unique perspectives. Gina Mae, you did it that. Your cohost is poppin too, and girl, I’ve gotta tell you: you’ve inspired me. YASSSSSSSSS!!!!!
