“As I listened, it reminded me of my own personal experience that confirms some of the things they talk about in this podcast. My father, who was a counter espionage agent in the late 40s and early 50s, had been given drugs to accompany other techniques in an attempts to make him forget secrets he knew.
I sat on his lap as a child and lit the cigarette they gave him that were laced with drugs (LSD?).
It didn’t work. He remembered things that they didn’t want him to remember. And coincidentally (?) over the next several years there were three attempts on his life. Coincidence?”
