Glad your back
You made me remember the seminar I went to with Mr Rippatoe. He is such a unique character and his program works. I am interested is hearing your takes on CrossFits speciality seminars from the past and present. Is CrossFit less innovative now? Also, what about camps influence on us mortals. Should we just be keeping it simple in the garage or affiliate? I am not tying to call anyone out. I believe that most programming with basic CrossFit principles work for the most part. Great podcast. You always have me 🤣with great info too.
