We have evolved quite a bit over the years with our thoughts and approaches to programming. From a birds eye view, maybe not so much. But when we take a closer look things have quite a bit different approach then they used to! Doug is back this week! We dig in a bit on the concept of boredom in training. The things that work in strength and conditioning are often simple, and over time, can feel a bit monotonous. Don't fall victim to the flash you may see online that is short lived, and often less productive.
