“I love every incarnation of this podcast. It’s the one I share the most, particularly with colleagues. It’s also the one I have to pause the most because it provokes so much thought and reflection! I work differently and more thoughtfully as a result of this podcast. Through the pandemic, and coming out of the other side, it was a source of fresh thinking about what the future holds. The Future of HR miniseries resonated (and I don’t work in HR!). It has now evolved into a practical source of advice and inspiration. Add to that the fact that The Ready genuinely engages with listeners and it’s something quite special. There’s an authenticity to the podcast that I find missing elsewhere. The hosts are naturally funny as well as engaging, which makes each episode a joy to listen to, even when the topic is less relevant for me. I can’t recommend it enough. Give it a listen. What do you have to lose? The likelihood is that you’ll either be smarter or at least sound smarter as a result!”
