“Listening to Chandreshji's podcasts is like coming home for me. As easily as we look outside of ourselves for acceptance, validation, praise, solutions, etc., he reminds us to find gratitude for all that is already here. It deserves our attention. Deserve. What a word and how easily misconstrued. Why would one deserve someTHING, or someone? We almost process this as, you gave me something, now you deserve my attention. Or, I worked hard, so now I deserve to buy something. There is a lack of gratitude in all that. Because, what about all the things already here? What about the one who is here? All that is already here, deserves your attention. When you get that thing in the future and then you'll be successful, is a figment of imagination since it doesn't exist. Growth comes from nurturing what is here. Or, in his words, blossoming. Accepting and acknowledging the things you've achieved, the people in your life, and most importantly how you relate to all that. If there is anger, be angry. This doesn't mean act on the anger, but to be with anger. Who is the one angry? That one deserves your attention. This is a pillar to me of what he talks about.
It begs the question, "who am I?" Who am I in any moment? This clues us in to our motivations. Why are we giving attention? Is it from a place of exchange, or a simple place of love? His guidance through his curiosity supports us in that inquiry to understand ourselves and others better, come back to loving more, laugh more and ease our way through life - not as to sit back on the couch, but to more easily accept life as it is instead of fighting it. He creates space to come back to ourselves/home, the one who is bigger than all that happens in this one life experience.
Listen to this podcast beyond the duration of the episode. Keep the inquiry in mind for the rest of the day. You will experience so much unfolding and blossoming within you inspired from his words and energy of wisdom.”Read full review »
