This show used to be something special. They used to cover niche topics, have intelligent discussions, and provide a fair analysis of current events. Those days are gone… The Israel Hamas war has truly broken Krystal. She’s turned into a pompous, arrogant, condescending, cynical new age MSNBC...Read full review »

These long winded rants about Gaza are repetitive and boring. We get it Krystal, you’re obsessed with Israel’s supposed “genocide”. It’s becoming intolerable because nothing you say is insightful or new. You repeat yourself every time you are on air. Her favorite line is “babies are starving” 🙄....Read full review »

I used to love this show but Krystal talks too much and I wish it was Sager and Emily instead. Hang in there Sager!

I used to love this show and have watched or listened to basically every episode. I can’t take it anymore. Each episode seems to be about 80% Israel/Palestine from different angles. It’s not even that I’m not interested in the subject, I still listen to other shows that are covering it. It’s that...Read full review »

This show used to be about the facts and balance and now it’s a little too emotional for me. Sad.

I started listening because I appreciated the thoughtful takes on two sides, not the extreme views on each side. I can go anywhere else for that. Like with so many other reasonable people, Zionism broke Kristal and the subtle undertones of antisemitism gleam through her arguments. In her defense,...Read full review »

One of your recent episodes it was supposed to be a debate over the Israel, Palestine conflict… Instead of saying it’s Omar Baddar vs Destiny… You should have said it’s Omar AND Ryan vs Destiny. Ryan was clearly biased. Destiny made some compelling points regarding hamas and their background of...Read full review »

If you support Hamas, then you’re going to love this podcast! They only cite Hamas statistics and sources which support their priors. i’ve listened since day one. i used to love the show. however, it’s become increasingly pro establishment. platforming “destiny” was my final straw. the level of israeli propaganda he spewed with little pushback was disgusting. if i wanted to listen to propaganda i’d still be watching msnbc. i...Read full review »

Used to listen for objective and balanced news coverage as well as topics not typically addressed by other sources. Majority of current content revolves around Israel / Gaza, and I find it repetitive, ranty and at times ncreasongly unbalanced. Hopefully they’ll return to a broader spectrum of news, presented objectively from which they’ve built their well deserved positive reputation.

Since the Israel-Palestine conflict this show is no longer news, it’s a debate show. A debate show where only one viewpoint is articulated. I SO want to continue to love BP - I’ve been listening since day one - but Krystal has completely ruined a show I once really looked forward to. Praising Biden for his speech left me heartbroken. I don’t think leaving u.s. citizens in a war zone is uncontainable. BIDEN IS NOT BRAVE! Really love the show, it had always felt unbiased, straight news and perspective. More and more nearly every point is not so opaquely colored by pre loaded, passionate opinion. Still good, just wish the personal opinion/agenda wouldnt color the reporting as much as increasingly has.

Sagar seems to have a good grasp on reality and can logically see both sides, even when he doesn’t agree personally. Interesting format but Crystal has become unlistenable. Saagar is playing Joe for Crystal’s Mika. She cannot make a solid point without shrieking. Definitely the most annoying voice in podcasting. Counterpoints is the best part. Emily is a star and needs to find a different venue.

Krystal’s just got to can it with the daily, segments-long genocide cries. I can handle being a little emotional in your reporting but she’s just obnoxious. Love this show, but I can’t take it seriously right now.

Love Saagar. Love Emily. Love Ryan. Krystal is a tough listen. She and I will never agree on much but I used to listen to her because I appreciated and respected her perspective. But I’ve had enough now. More Ryan and Emily please. Can’t Krystal just be a silent executive producer or something?

truly insufferable, inducing exhaustion, as one listens to two people agree with each other like a couple in a honeymoon period, and just as hyper and overwrought and weird to be around…expected something deeper

Used to be a great show with balanced discussion. Didn’t talk and yell over each other like cable news. Now Krystal does just that and has ruined the show. The IDF and Israel are making their own beds with their disgusting crimes they gleefully post on social media.
