“A solid start to a promising podcast. Ellis is insightful, intelligent and atriculated. He is also strongly opinionated and sometimes pretentious, which may turn some listeners off. A few painfully awkward moments spring up (especially during the Kanye interview) where there is a sense that everyone involved is trying to sound smarter than the occasion calls for.
