Slow down!
What are you afraid of? The pace of the podcast sounds as if someone is going to walk in the room and take the microphone away at any second. You are probably reading some pre-written points on a screen (maybe paper) and need to get them out. Maybe the audio is sped up in post? But it just comes across as rambling. Could be more interesting if I could stand to listen to the intro.
