Question
Hi I just want to say I’m a massive fan I’ve been listening since the first episode and I’ve really wanted to hear this question answered. It’s the 11th of July 1999 at Silverstone Micheal Schumacher has crashed out at copse and breaks his legs unfortunately it’s the end of his career and he’s forced to take an early retirement. How would this affect the rest of the V10 era? I’m a massive fan of this podcast and it would be an honour to get my question in it.

More reviews of Bring Back V10s
As a fan who started watching in 2010, find it really interesting hearing the dynamics of F1 from a different era with some of the greats, though can you do some V8 stories, would love your view on multi 21.

Absolutely brilliant podcast. If you’re here you’re obviously an F1 fan and you will not find a better platform for the “in mine and the curators opinion” the golden era of F1. Depth of research and the story they are able to tell with first hand knowledge is amazing.

Discovered this during lockdown and provides such a fantastic insight and background on the headlines and stories such as Indy-Gate. A question for the finale: Was there an attempt by Mercedes to buy McLaren in the mid-2000s?
