Hi Glenn! Love the show…
I’ve got a question about the team numbers. How did McLaren end up with 7 and 8 from 1993 to 95. I know Brabham vacated those numbers by why did McLaren (presumably) choose 7 and 8 over 5 and 6 which I’d have expected them to swap with Williams? Especially when they’d won a championship with car 5 previously… Thanks & all the best Kev

I wish this era never ended and this podcast could carry on forever...Read full review »

Superb podcast by everyone involved, from an era of F1 that I grew up in and loved! How about a podcast on the fall of Lotus? I remember in ‘94 they bolted a new engine on in Monza which was a rocket ship, shame Herbert retired at the first corner!

As a fan of the history of F1 this podcast is brilliant. I have a question for the season 2 finale. Was there ever any notion of Schumacher joining Mclaren in 1995 when they tied up with Mercedes given Micheal’s previous links with Merc in Sportscars?
