Sloppy nutrients for your pop culture brain
As a 23 year old girl, I am surprisingly underfed when it comes to current pop culture. So who better to deliver a hearty serving size than Deej and Pete. Two white, super metro dudes talking about hot guys, movies they've never seen, and dishing out second hand embarrassment in the form of a drunken night at a Bieber concert. What more could you want? Started listening during the FNL segments because I figured it was the best way to experience the show without having to listen to Lyla Garrity's voice for 5 seasons, which is way more annoying than DJ's when he says "because". Definitely the lesser of two evils. Deej, thanks for normalizing my 5 year streak of alcoholism. If only I could bring you home so you could explain it to my mom. And shouts to Pete for the occasional Arsenal tweet--just know they will disappoint you almost as much as the Bruins do. 10/10 would recommend this podcast to a friend.Read full review »
