Brute Strength, Superior Info
I subscribed to the Brute Strength podcast back in January through the app Overcast. I'd just been injured, and told I would be riding a stationary bike for 6 weeks. I was miserable. I hated how bored I was on the bike, and felt my time was being wasted. Then, I saw a social media post by Brooke Ence about her episode on Brute Strength. I laughed and learned a lot listening to that episode. And then I realized there was so much more that Mike had already recorded! The information has been useful, and often times, these podcasts are what helped keep me in the gym, despite the injury set back. I've started incorporating Romwod, learned about internal integrity, learned from Krissy Cagney, discovered i99fit, and so much more. I'm glad for the information and new people I've gotten to learn about. I am also so entertained and appreciative of Mike's contributions. He always asks good questions, and then some fun ones before the end. My personal favorite was when he asked the Romwod guys what they hoped was on its way out. (I.e. Smoking in the 80s, versus smoking now) I highly recommend this to anyone interested in the wide variety of fitness industry media! I love it!Read full review »
