You may use this meditation pratice for each full moon to balance yourself with body scanning, full moon's love, compassion & kindnesss energy and affirmation. Whether you feel overwhelming, sensitive , insomnia, anxiety, mood swing, panic or you just feel totally fine. This short meditation will help you to stay grounded and let go some energy blockages in your body and emotion. You will feel lighter and full of love after this practice.
Keep in mind the energy of the full moon is potent for 3 days before and 3 days after the peak time. Enjoy this practice. Namaste.
This guided meditation practice is to cope with and manage feelings of grief and sadness. If you've recently lost someone or something, cannot move on with the feeling, this track is for you. All is temporary, the grief and sadness also will drift away. Namaste
