Consistently excellent content and wisdom
I am a practicing SGI Buddhist based in the UK and I find these long form essay style podcasts consistently of the highest quality. Tackling some of the most difficult topics such as racism, mental health and parenting I find I learn something and am gently challenged each time to reflect on my own heart, my own groth, each time. These podcasts are useful for Buddhists and non-Buddhists alike. I'm sincerely impressed by how a topic can be handled in both a serious and informative way but still be interesting and refreshing. I listen to these podcasts as part of my regular rhythm now and recommend them to friends and family. My congratulations to the team for the incredible effort that has gone into crafting such excellent work.Read full review »

Mystically when I was listening episode 3, Ms. Tanta’s 6 years old boy at that time, made me cry and reflected my life that has been going through my journey. Very empowered. Thank you
