Wonderful and consistant
Jay has an amazing ability to break concepts/ideas/intellectual constructs down to the basics, giving everyday application to something I could very easily just use to occupy space in my head. This podcast doesn't just lay out the sutras or break down the noble truths - it does so in a way that leaves me smiling in agreement. As if I knew it before he said it, but didn't realize i did it until he spoke. Confused? Give one episode a shot and hopefully you will see what i mean.

Excellent teaching. Open and accessible. Very listenable. This is truly Zen to live by. The discussions and Q&A clarify points in the talk nicely.
