STANDOUT QUOTES
“I think there's an essence of fundamentals that sometimes we think because they're so basic, it should be easy. Right? It should be something that we do on a day-to-day basis. But the more I work with elite performers and have conversations with people all over the world at different stages of their performance journey, I'm seeing so many people are making so many things so complicated that their ability to show up and deliver their best consistently is in fact undermined.” -Dr. Amber Selking [02:20]
“Find the power in fundamentals so that success can be a consequence of consistently applying that basic fundamental to your life and into your craft.” -Dr. Amber Selking [06:38]
