How we present ourselves. How we treat other people. The words and energy that come out of us as it relates to a person, project, or idea. We have to be so mindful of our attitude because it's not just something that we have on the inside that we get to keep to ourselves and think the rest of the world doesn't know about.” -Dr. Amber Selking [02:40] TIMESTAMPS 01:45 The Attitudes We Show Up With 03:20 How Attitudes Shape Behavior 04:12 Midweek Mental Rep Please get on iTunes to rate us and write a review for us!
