Description
This week on the Building Championship Mindsets podcast, Dr. Selking discusses the importance of time as an investment in achieving greatness. She emphasizes the need for consistent training and development of the mind, just like physical conditioning. Time is the sequencing of events that make up our collective experience, and it takes time to create expertise, excellence, and a thriving culture. Dr. Selking shares examples from her work with sports teams, businesses, and her personal experience as a new mother. She challenges listeners to shift their mindset from spending time to investing time, and to analyze how they can reallocate their time to manifest their desired future.

Do a time analysis. Are you spending your time or are you investing your time? Ask yourself, how do I need to reallocate my time or how do I need to shift my mindset from spending to investing, so that I can make sure that every present moment I have is manifesting a future that is actually in my mind and in my heart.
