STANDOUT QUOTES "Clarity of goals, mission, vision, and core values. When you have clarity around those things, it allows you to make commitments to those things, which ultimately drives the behaviors that you want.” -Derin McMains “Act different than how you feel. It doesn't mean we don't deal with emotions at all. I think they're great informants, but terrible dictators. Be aware of how you feel. Check in on that later. But don't let it deter you from the commitment that you made to yourself, to your team, or your company." -Derin McMains Championship Mindset Training  If you want to learn to train yourself to act differently than how you feel, refuse to snooze. Win that first decision of the day, and then just watch how your day changes and unfolds from there.
