Inconsistent but still valuable
For a hardcore podcast listener like me this show is well worth sorting through the infrequent mediocre one. The theme song is tedious and I've learned to just start the program one minute into it. That said, I've heard some of the most interesting discussions and funniest comdians here that I've heard on a podcast. Thorn's sense of audacity misleads once in a awhile but most of the time, it's acheived its goal.Read full review »

Good interviews. Jesse generally gets actual engagement from his guest who are usually worn out from tour-y nonsense and his interactions with the guests give them room to be themselves which is refreshing when you're used to hearing boiler-plate promotional interviews.
