The Audio Equivalent of Delicious Healthy Food
Often, exploring history (especially the troubling history of racial injustice in the U.S.) feels like eating your vegetables. It's profoundly important to being a informed citizen, but it's often feels like work. While I still would never describe the story of murder as "fun," the storytelling in this series makes it engaging and brings the story to life. I'm looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds, both to learn the story and perhaps even more importantly, to understand its meaning. Incredibly well told and produced. It is a story I think we need to hear so that we honor those brave Americans who voted in the face of prejudice, and so that we can stand against any kind of prejudice today.
