“CAGcast is the first non-musical podcast that I've subscribed to, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and content. CAGcast is one among many 'homemade' podcasts; recorded on a home PC and not necessarily an offshoot of a 'professional' site or service. Unlike the vast majority of amateur podcasts, however, the CAGcast is cleanly made, not overburdened with inside jokes, and shows a degree of professionalism not generally seen when two guys decide to record themselves talking about videogames. The genial hosts, CheapyD and Wombat, work off of an outline in the show, lending enough structure to keep the program focused without having it seem overly scripted.
