Even amongst such a plethora, and I mean plethora of bedtime stories and soothing sleep meditation music podcasts available, I find sometimes this is the only podcast which can really calm me down and distract me from my racing thoughts to get me to nod off entirely, which is the goal right? I love your delivery style, the sound of your voice, and even your silly comedic, timing and humorous comments! You manage to deliver that even in a very low-key way that is not jarring – how perfect! And actually, were it not for the goal of sleep, the stories are truly quite interesting and educational.
