Beautifully earnest in a traditionally bleak genre
This show is really something special. It combines beautiful folklore seamlessly with wild apocalyptic adventure and complex interpersonal conflict, all while maintaining this determined hopefulness that drives everything home beautifully. Great writing, great acting, and fantastically creative sound design. Really hoping for a season two!
