“I’ve been listening here as a longtime fan of Women & Crime (as well as both seasons of Direct Appeal). I loved the Jane Stanford episode so much I decided to leave a review. It was excellent, and I would love even more historical cases, though I like the balance; too many old cases wouldn’t allow for the details Amy and Meghan give with more recent cases and their trials. I love that they don’t dumb anything down in that area, and my favorite parts of their shows are when they analyze how this happened, which they are well qualified to do, unlike many other true crime podcasters. I especially like their insights on criminal theory!”
