Riveting, Harrowing, Sobering
Impressive research reveals decades old secrets. This story is gripping and well told. I felt a great deal of empathy for Carole and her family. I am only comforted knowing the laws are stronger and our country is wiser to the abuse. What this story left me with was a morbid sense of how bad behavior can lurk and evade justice. And how “good” people can do evil things and get away with it. Big hand clap to Amy Britain and to her team of researchers and to the reunion of Carole and Lauren... a beautiful finish. And much love for Joy Williams — I can’t get that song out of my head. ✨✨✨✨🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

This is clearly a high quality podcast. It moves at a perfect pace, does not drag and keep interest while providing enough background to give good context to the situations. I’m so impressed with the way these women are willing to speak out about their abuse.
