“After just a few minutes of listening, it was clear to me that Carbface was going to be a most welcome addition to the podcast world. Laurie and Chris are witty and sharp and honest. There’s a refreshing sense of realness that runs through the show. That doesn’t exist so much in the food world, so it’s great to hear some truths. And guests seem so comfortable, which adds a level of trust to the conversation. Oh, and Laurie and Chris are hilarious.
