Could have been so much better
I normally love Sue Perkins but the delivery and convo between the two hosts feels forced and disingenuous. Also leans into the mumsnet tabloid outrage that better investigative podcasts tend to avoid. I’d guess Sue bought the rights to a Vice article and the journalist insisted on being a part of the podcast which has led to it feeling a bit wooden. Good story but could be way better made.

I’m looking for a good true crime. After listening to In Your Own Backyard I’m completely spoiled. This one lost me after 2 episodes. I couldn’t get into this psychopath woman. Made me not care about anything that she did. Sorry

A well made story detailing one woman’s untreated mental health illness creating a web of lies and deceit across many towns and countries. I worry for her future victims.
